The licensee shall provid <br />a full-time attendant of 21 years of <br />age or over upon the licensed premises <br />at all times the amusement center is <br />open. <br /> <br />e. Liquor and Beer. It is unlawful for <br />any person operating an amusemRnt centp. <br />to sell, offer for sale, or knowingly <br />permit to be sold or offered for sale, <br />or to be dispensed or consumed or <br />knowingly permit to be sold or offered <br />for sale, or to be dispensed or con- <br />sumed or knowjngly brbu~ht on the <br />licensed premises any a1cholic beverage <br />or narcotic drugs, or to knowi~glY <br />allow any illegal activity upon the <br />licensed premises. No amusement center <br />shall be located within 200 feet of a <br />property which is licensed by the City <br />of New Brighton to sell intoxicating <br />liquor"'s Iicensed:by Article V,Chapte <br />IV of-the N~w.Brighton City Code. <br /> <br />f. Posting. An amusement center shall <br />have affixed on its premises in plain <br />view a decalcomania evidencing the <br />issuance of its license, and each <br />machine on the licensed premises shall <br />have affixed to it a plate or sticker <br />evidencing its being licensed under <br />this Section. <br /> <br />g. Transferability. The license required <br />by this Section is a personal privilege <br />and does not constitute property. It <br />is not transferable except as provided <br />in this Ordinance. <br /> <br />h. Hours. Amusement Center shall be <br />closed by 12:00 midnight each night and <br />may not open until 9:00 A.M. on ' <br />weekdays or until 12:00 noon on <br />Sundays. I <br /> <br />i. Special Use Permit - Zoning Code. No <br />amusement center license shall be <br />issued without having a City Council <br />approved special use permit as required <br />in the zoning code. The restrictions <br />contained in this article does not <br />preclude the Council from imposing <br />additional restrictions as a part of a <br />special use permit issued pursuant to <br />the Zoning Code. <br /> <br />j. Exits/Entrances. The premises in <br />which an amusement center is located <br />shall have adequate entrances and exits <br />at the front and rear of the premises <br />but may have no entrances to or exits <br />from adioining buildingsor us-es~' <br />
