One unlighted sign <br />may be displayed for a residential prOjEct which <br />is the initial offering for sale or rent of ten <br />or more new dwelling units, vacant lots or <br />combination thereof for a period not to exceed <br />two (2) years. Such signs shall be no more <br />than ten (10) feet in height and thirty-two (32) <br />square feet i~ area, except that the area of the <br />sign may be increased to sixty-four (64) square <br />feet so long as it is situated no closer than <br />one hundred fifty (150) feet from the property <br />line of an occupied residence that is not a part <br />of the development. <br /> <br />Temporary signs. Such sign shall not exceed <br />36 square feet in area, shall not exceed 20 <br />feet in height and shall be set back 10 feet <br />from any street right-of-way. On each street <br />side of less than one hundred (100) feet <br />one ground sign not exceeding twelve (12) <br />square feet in area shall be permitted. <br /> <br />Wall sign. Permanent window signs <br />may not exceed twenty-five (25) percent <br />of the total area of the window in which they are <br />di"~playpd. <br />
