Once eligibility <br />is determined, then the sick leave used shall be reinstated <br />to the effective date of the workers' compensation insurance. <br />The sick leave used shall be reinstated in accordance with <br />the terms of subsection (f). <br /> <br />ISection 21-69. Ex~ense Reimbursement <br />: I <br />iIt is the policy of the City to reimburse employees, elected, andl <br />iappointed officials for expenses incurred in the performance of <br />!duties as an authorized representative of the City and to estab- <br />ilish a uniform method for processing and controlling such reim- <br />ibursement. The City Manager may, within budgetary limitation and <br />in accordance with applicable state law, authorize reimbursement <br />to employees of expenses which meet the requirements of this poli- <br />icy. <br /> <br />'j <br />: <br /> <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Travel Ex,Penses <br /> <br />Tr~vel expenses to meetings, conferences, or other City <br />business will be reimbursed in accordance with the guidelines <br />as established in the Administrative Code. <br /> <br />( 1) <br /> <br />Travel outside of the seven county metro area shall be <br />approved in advance by the City Manager for all employ- <br />ees; by the City Council for the City Manager and all <br />elected officials.
