A final plan, containing all information re- <br />quired in paragraph 3.b. below, shall be filed <br />with the Department of Community Development in <br />such quantity as the Director of Community Develop- <br />ment shall determine necessary. <br /> <br />f. The Department of Community Development shall <br />refer the final plan to the Planning Commission <br />which shall review and recommend in regard to it. <br /> <br />g. Following action by the Planning Commission the <br />City Council shall review and a~t in regard to <br />the final plan. ' <br /> <br />3. Required Information. <br /> <br />a. preliminary plan <br /> <br />1) Detailed drawings showing <br /> <br />a) All data required for a preliminary plat <br />according to Chapter 26 of the City Code. <br /> <br />b) Location of all buildings. <br /> <br />c) Height of all buildings. <br /> <br />d) Bulk of all buildings. <br /> <br />e) Location of all driveways, maneuvering <br />areas and parking areas. <br /> <br />f) Location of any and all common open space, <br />and its intent or designed function. <br /> <br />g) Feasibility study for sanitary sewer, water, <br />storm sewer and public streets including plans <br />and profiles therefore. <br /> <br />2) A written text including <br /> <br />a) Abstractor's certificate showing the names <br />and property descriptions of all property <br />within 600 feet of the proposed planned <br />unit development <br /> <br />b) Beginning and completion times for construction <br />of the planned unit development. <br /> <br />c) A description of all land uses proposed including <br />square footage of building devoted to each. <br /> <br />~ <br />m <br />
