An application, containing all information <br />specified in paragraphs 3.a. and 3.b. below, <br />shall be filed with the Department of Community <br />Development in such quantity as the Director of <br />Community Development shall determine necessary. <br /> <br />b. The Department of Community Development shall <br />refer the application to the Planning Commission <br />which shall review and recommend in regard to it. <br /> <br />c. The City Council shall call a public hearing <br />upon the application, such hearing to be held <br />following published notice and mailed notice to <br />all property owners within 600 feet of the <br />proposed planned unit development, such notices <br />to be published and mailed at least 10 days <br />prior to the hearing date. <br /> <br />d. The City Council shall hold the public hearing <br />and act upon the application. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Two Step Procedure. <br /> <br />a. The City Council shall call a public hearing upon <br />the application, such hearing to be held following <br />published notice and mailed notice to all property <br />owners within 600 feet of the proposed planned unit <br />development, such notices to be published and mailed <br />at least 10 days prior to the hearing date. <br /> <br />d. The City Council shall hold the public hearing <br />and act in regard to the preliminary plan for the <br />planned unit development. <br /> <br />
