No building per~it shall be issued for any b~ilding on <br />land for which a plan for a Planned Unit Development has <br />been approved which does not co~form to the approve~ final <br />plan. <br /> <br />b. Development of land, for which a pla~ned unit develop~ent <br />has been approved, which does not conform to the approved <br />final plan shall only be allowed after one of the follcwi~g: <br /> <br />1. Amendment to the approved final plan as provijed for in <br />this ordinance. <br /> <br />2. vacation of the approved planned unit development by t~e <br />City Council after a public hearing notice in the sa~e <br />manner as required for approval of a planned unit develop- <br />ment. The Council may condition its approval of the <br />vacation of a planned unit development in order to better <br />protect the public health, safety and welfare. <br /> <br />Section III. Each provision of this ordinance is separatle and <br />a declaration of invalidity of anyone provision thereof shall <br />not invalidate the remainder. <br /> <br />Section III.
