<br />10 <br /> <br />authority. The posting of the inspection report upon the <br />inside wall of the food establishment shall constitute <br />service of an official notification of the inspection by the <br />health authority. The health authority may, in lieu of <br />posting such report, deliver it to the licensee or his authorized <br />agent either in person or by mail. Another copy of the <br />inspection report shall be filed with the records of the <br />health authority. <br /> <br />d. "The person operating the food establishment shall, upon <br />request of the health authority, permit access to all parts <br />of the establishment at any reasonable time for the purpose <br />of inspection. In addition, if the health authority has cause <br />to believe adulterated or unclean food is being sold or <br />served, the person operating such food establishment shall, <br />upon request of the health authority, exhibit and allow copying <br />of any records necessary to ascertain sources of foods. If <br />requested, the operator of a food establishment shall assist <br />the health authority in the performance of his duties while <br />conducting an inspection." <br /> <br />e. Removal and Correction of Violations. All licensees, owners, <br />or operators of food establishments having a report posted in <br />the food establishment giving notification of one or more <br />violations of this ordinance shall correct or remove each <br />violation in a reasonable length of time determined by the <br />health authority. The length of time for the correction or <br />removal of each such violation shall be noted on the <br />inspection report. The failure to remove or correct each such <br />violation within the time period noted on the inspection <br />report shall constitute a separate violation of this <br />ordinance and each day in excess of the amount of time <br />granted by the health authority for correction of each <br />violation shall constitute a separate violation. <br /> <br />SECTION 10-9. Embargo, Examination, Condemnation and Tagging <br /> <br />a. Embarqo, Examination, Condemnation and Taqqinq. Samples of <br />food may be taken by the health authority or embargoed as <br />often as may be necessary for the detection of misbranding, <br />unwholesomeness, or adulteration. Utensils and equipment <br />which do not meet the requirements of this ordinance may be <br />embargoed, provided, that such equipment and utensils shall be <br />released from the embargo after correction and upon notification <br />of the health authority by the licensee and after inspection <br />of such utensils and equipment by the health authority. The <br />health authority may condemn and forbid the sale of, or cause <br />to be removed or destroyed, any food which is unwholesome <br />or adulterated, unfit for human consumption, or otherwise <br />prohibited by City ordinance, State or Federal law. The <br />health authority may condemn and cause to be removed any <br />equipment, clothing, and utensils found in a food establish- <br />ment, the use of which would not comply with this ordinance, <br />or which is being used in violation of this ordinance; <br />and also may condemn and cause to be removed <br />
