<br />9 <br /> <br />shall require, and such application and issuance of <br />such licenses and their maintenance, termination, and <br />administration shall be in accordance with and subject <br />to all conditions of Section 15-1 through Section 15-6 <br />both inclusive of the New Brighton City Code relative <br />to general requirements for issuance of licenses. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />~. <br />twelve <br />unless <br /> <br />All licenses shall be <br />(12) months beginning <br />otherwise specified. <br /> <br />valid for a period of <br />on April 1 of each year, <br /> <br />SECTION 10-8. Inspection an~ correction <br /> <br />a. Inspections Outside the Corporate Limits of the City <br />of New Briqhton. The health authority may inspect food <br />establishments situated outside the corporate limits of <br />the City of New Brighton which sell or offer for sale, <br />or distribute any food to persons licensed under this <br />ordinance by the city of New Brighton when in the judgment <br />of the City Manager the sanitation inspection at that <br />location is not adequate. The fees for such inspections <br />shall be equal to the total of the actual cost of salary <br />and other employee benefits paid the health authority by <br />the city of New Brighton for the number of hours <br />necessarily spent in each such inspection, and the cost <br />of transportation incurred or expended by the health <br />authority for mileage at the rate currently in effect <br />per mile for each mile actually traveled from the City <br />Hall or last place of inspection, whichever is less, and <br />returning to the New Brighton City Hall. The City health <br />authority shall report cost of such inspections to the <br />director of finance who shall render statements for such <br />inspection costs to the licensee who abtains food from <br />such source outside the City limits and the licensee shall <br />within ten days pay the amount claimed in the statement <br />to the City of New Brighton. Such inspections shall <br />not be made unless authorized by the City Manager. In <br />lieu of making inspections beyond the corporate limits <br />of New Brighton, the health authority may accept the <br />reports of other governmental food inspection agencies. <br /> <br />b. Inspection of Food Establishments. The health authority <br />shall inspect every food establishment as frequently as <br />he may deem necessary to insure compliance with this <br />ordinance but in no case shall he inspect each food <br />establishment less frequently than two times per year. <br /> <br />c. posting. If an inspection report cannot be delivered in <br />person to an establishment, such inspection report shall <br />be posted by the health authority upon an inside wall <br />of the food establishment, and such inspection report <br />shall not be defaced by any person and shall not be <br />removed by any person, except the ~ealth <br />
