In determining the area for <br />the purpose of fixing the license fee to be paid, all <br />areas used for sales, consumption, processing, packaging, <br />serving, cold storage, all areas used for storage of <br />products and merchandise used or dispensed in connection <br />with food handling business carried on at the premises, <br />and all areas incidental to but necessary for the <br />functioning of the food establishment shall be computed. <br /> <br />SECTION 10-7. Application and Administration. <br /> <br />. <br />a. General.
