In determining the area for the purpose of fixing the license fee to be paid, all areas used for sales, consumption, processing, packaging, serving, cold storage, all areas used for storage of products and merchandise used or dispensed in connection with food handling business carried on at the premises, and all areas incidental to but necessary for the functioning of the food establishment shall be computed. SECTION 10-7. Application and Administration. . a. General. The application for such licenses shall be made on forms furnished by the City Manager and shall set forth the general nature of the business, the location, and such other information as the City Manager
