Itinerant food establishments in these locations shall not be required to obtain a license but shall be required to notify the Health Authority at least two weeks prior to the commencement of the food handling activity and shall be subject to all other requirements of this ordinance. b. No License Required. Persons owning or operating employee coffee rooms or vehicles transporting food, for which a license is not required by this ordinance, shall not be required to apply for and obtain a license, but shall be subject to all other requirements of this ordinance. SECTION 10-6. License Fees. a. License Fees. Annual fees for licenses issued hereunder shall be as set forth herein. b. Food Establishment License Fees. The annual license fee for food establishment shall be as follows: 1,000 square feet or less More than 1,000 square feet but less than 2,000 square feet More than 2,000 square feet but less than 5,000 square feet More than 5,000 square feet $50.00 75.00 100.00 125.00 Unless a different fee is established elsewhere in this ordinance. c. Food Vehicle License Fees. The annual license fee for each food vehicle shall be $20 unless licensed under Section 10-4 d., Food Vehicle-Fleet License. d. Food Vehicle-Fleet License Fees. The annual license fee for a fleet of one or more food vehicles shall be $20 for the first food vehicle plus $10 per each additional food vehicle. e. Itinerant Food Establishment License Fees. The license fee for each itinerant food establishment shall be $25 for the first day of operation and $5 for each additional day. f. Packaged Food Establishment License Fee. The license fee for each packaged food establishment shall be: 1,000 square feet or less $15.00 More than 1,000 square feet but not more than 5,000 square 35.00 feet
