No person shall bring into or use at any beach any inner tube, <br />life raft or other inflatable or buoyant object intended to <br />support a person e:ccept V.S. Coast Guari ap?roved life jackets <br />when properly attached. <br />e. No person shall possess, carry onto or scatter on any beach, <br />any glass bottle, broken glass, metal can, or other debris which <br />could be a safety hazard. <br />f. No person shall use any beach area for purposes of picnicking. <br />g. No person having custorly of any aninal shall pern.it said <br />animal to enter any beach area during the swlnrine season so <br />established by the Director. <br />h. No person shall launch, dock or operate any watercraft in any <br />designated swi~ng area. <br /> <br />3.J Bicycline <br /> <br />a. No person shall ride or operate a bicycle in a~y Open Space <br />Site e:ccept on d.esignated bikeways or surfaces nornal:ly provided <br />for vehicular traffic. <br />b. No person shall ride or operate a bicycle in violation of <br />Chapter 169, r,:tnnesota Statute:::; 1971..:., as anended. ~)ersons ridin,,,: <br />a bicycle shall observe ann obey all traffic and directional sit,~s. <br />c.
