<br />4.0 Section IV - :&neral Conduct

<br />4.1 Deface~ent, Destruction of ?ro)erty and desources

<br />a. No person shall tamper with, climb on, injure, deface, destroy,
<br />distu=b, damage or reJ'l'lOve any part of ar.y park building,
<br />structure, sien, lieht pole, drtnkin~ fountain, hydrant, table,
<br />erill, ~quipnent, statue or other pro?erty fauna vherein.
<br />b. No person shall deface, disturb or rerr,ove in any manner a.."1Y soil,

<br />4.2 Preservation of Vegetation

<br />No person s~~ll injlrre, cut, destroy, mutila~e, u9root, dlsturo,
<br />or remove any flower, tree, shrub, or any pl<~t whether wild or
<br />cultivated, or any part thereof.
<br />Ho nerson shall plant or cause to be planted any wiLl, cult hated
<br />or ~~cotic tree, shrub or plant except in specifically desle;nated
<br />areas with the written permission of the Director.
<br />No person sha.ll fell or clirnb any tree ; pick any flowers, fruit or
<br />vegetable (riot self grown); trample any flowers, tree seeiliTIgs,
<br />flower beds, vegetable garjens or new turf seedli~ss.
<br />No person shall hitch any animal or fasten, '1ncnor or otherwise
<br />attach any wire, rope, cable, signs, posters, or other articles
<br />to any tree, shrub or plant.
<br />No person sha,ll make any unauthorized use of any Open Space Site
<br />which is detrimental to the turf and soil conditions.
