<br />wrangling, riotous clanor, or tumult.
<br />d. No person or group of persons shall disturb, har3.5s or interfere
<br />with any open space user or the user's property.
<br />e. No person shall solicitor ask anycne to cOrlrnit, pe:::-:orm or enrp.ce
<br />in any lewd, lascivious, obscene, or indecent act or be~avior.

<br />4.9 Audio Devices

<br />a. No person shall operate or play any musical instrunent, radio,
<br />television, record or tape player, louds?ea~~er, public address
<br />system or sound amplifying equip~ent of any ki~d in any Open Space
<br />Site in such a manner that the sound emanating therefrom is
<br />audible beyond the immediate vicinity of the set or instrunent,
<br />and subsequently int~rferes with the use of the G?en ~pace 0ite by
<br />other users or disturbs the residents of adjacent property.
