Suspension or Revocation. The Council may suspen <br />for a period not exceeding 60 days or revoke any bingo lice;ns <br />for violation of any provision of MSA Chapter 349, or this <br />ordinance. The holder of the license shall be granted a <br />hearing on at least 10 days notice before revocation or <br />suspension is ordered. The notice shall s tate the time and <br />place of the hearing and the nature of the charges against <br />the licensee. <br /> <br />Subd. 9. License Transfer. No bingo license issued may be <br />transferred to any other person or organization. No bingo <br />license shall be transferred to any location other than the <br />location specified in the license, without prior approval of <br />the Council. <br /> <br />SECTION 802:15. Conduct of Binqo. <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Supervision. Each licensed organization shall appoi t <br />a bingo manager tosupe rv:ise bingo occasions conducted by it. <br />The bingo manager must be a 1tl~er of the licensed organizati <br />with dues paid for the current membership, and must have been <br />a member of the organization for at least tWO years immediate y <br />prior to the date of application for the l~cense. Each bingo <br />occasion shall be conducted under the direct supervision of t e <br />bingo manager, who shall be' responsi,ble for the conduct of th <br />bingo occasion in compliance with all applicable laws and <br />ordinances. No person shall act as bingo manager for more <br />than one organization. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Checkers. One or more checkers shall be engaged for <br />each bingo occasion. The checkers shall be active members <br />of the licensed organization or spouses of active members of <br />the licensed organization. The checker or checkers shall <br />record the number of cards purchased and played in each game <br />prior to the completion of each game and record the prizes <br />awarded to the recorded cards. Each checker shall certify al <br />figures which he or she has recorded as accurate and correct <br />to the best of his or her knowledge, on forms prescribed by <br />the City Clerk. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Other Bingo Workers. Additional persons may be eng ge <br />for other duties in connection with bingo occasions as needed <br />but no persons shall assist in the conduct of a bingo <br />occasion who is not an active member of the licensed organiza <br />tion, or the spouse of an active member of the licensed <br />organization. <br /> <br />Subd. 4. Compensation. <br />$12 as compensation for <br />one bingo occasion. <br /> <br />No person shall receive more than <br />any duties in connection with any <br /> <br />Subd. 5. Number of Bingo Occasions Permitted. No more than <br />104 bingo occasions each year or two bingo occasions each <br />L week shall be conducted bv any licensed organization unless <br />
