They are: <br /> <br />II <br />'I <br />!, <br />n <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />TYPE <br /> <br />I The non-conforming use af~land which is vacant, or <br />has no structure, or improvement or compination <br />thereof with an assessors market value over <br />$1,000. <br /> <br />I <br />)1 <br />II <br />II <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />l <br /> <br />TYPE II Any use of a structure which is not a use permitt d <br />in the zoning district where located as provided <br />for in Chapters VII, VIII, IX, and XI of the <br />Zoning Code. <br /> <br />TYPE III Any use of land not necessary or customarily <br />incidental to the principal use of the structure <br />located on such land where such use o.f land is not <br />a use permitted in the zoning district where <br />located as provided for in Chapters VII, VIII, I , <br />and.:,Xlof the Zoning Code. <br /> <br />j <br /> <br />I; <br />,I <br />I! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />TYPE IV Any use of land or structure not included in Type <br />I, Type II, or Type III. <br /> <br />SECTION 3-30. Requlations as to Type I Non-conformities. <br /> <br />a. No such use shall be expanded or enlarged to use <br />more land area. <br /> <br />I <br />I, <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />No such use shall be moved to a different area <br />within the parcel of_la.tid <br /> <br />c. No such use shall be re-established if the use ha <br />been discontinued for one or more months. <br /> <br />d. No structure or improvement shall be enlarged or <br />replaced. <br /> <br />e. Type I non-conformities may continue for a period <br />of twelve months from Feb. 13, 1975 where upon <br />such non-conforming use shall cease. <br /> <br />SECTION 3-40. Requlations as to Type II Non-Conformities <br /> <br />a. No such structure shall be expanded, enlarged, <br />replaced or located except in changing the use to <br />a permitted use. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Any existing non-conforming use may be ex~ended <br />throughout any part of the structure which is <br />manifestly arranged or designed for such use hut <br />no such use shall be extended to occupy any land <br />outside such structure. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />:1; <br />
