No person, firm or corporation shall <br />maintain in this Village a kennel where dogs are kept for boarding <br />treatment or sale without securing a license therefor from the <br />Village clerk. The license fee shall be $35.00 per year. This <br />fee shall be in addition'~b) the license fee prescribed in preceding <br />sections for each dog kept in such kennel. In addition, a <br />special use permit shall be required und~r the zoning code. <br /> <br />Section 630:32. Violations, Penalty. Any person guilty of <br />violation of Section 630 of the Code shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor. The minimum fine for the first offense shall be <br />$25.00. The minimum fine for any subsequent offense shall be <br />$50.00 <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Effective Date.
