,I, Subd. 3. Bathtub or Shower. Every dwelling unit shall ontain a room which affords privacy to a person in said room and hich is equipped with a bathtub or shower. Subd. 4. Kitchen Sink. Every dwelling unit shall contain a itchen sink apart from the lavatory requirement in Section 495:16, ubd . 2. Subd. 5. Connected to Water and Sewer System. Every kitchen sink, lavatory basin, bathtub, or shower and water closet required nder the provisions of this section shall be properly connected to ither a public water and sewer system or to an approved private ater and sewer system and shall be supplied with hot and cold unning water. subd. 6. Water Heating Facilities. Every dwelling unit shall ave supplied water heating facilities which are installed in an pproved manner, properly maintained, and are properly connected ith hot water lines and which are capable of heating and deliverin ater to such a temperature as to permit an adequate amount of ater to be drawn at every required kitchen sink, lavatory basin, athtub, shower, and laundry facilities or other silnilar units at a emperature of not less than 130 degrees Fahrenheit at any time eeded. Subd. 7. Heating Facilities. Every dwelling and multiple welling shall have heating facilities and the owner of said eating facilities shall be required to see that said heating facilities are properly installed, safely maintained and in good orking condition, and that said facilities be capable of safely nd adequately heating all habitable rooms, bathrooms and toilet ooms located therein, to a temperature o~ at least 80 degrees ahrenheit with an outside temperature of -20 degrees Fahrenheit. he heating facilities shall be capable of maintaining a minimum oom temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit at three (3) feet above he floor in all habitable rooms including bathrooms and toilets t all times when rented. Subd. 8. Operation of Heating Facility and Incinerator. very heating or water heating facility must be installed and must perate in accordance with the requirements of the Build~ng Code. Section 495:18 Installation and Maintenance. Plumbing Fixtures. Every water line, plumbing fixture and drain shall be properly installed, connected and aintained in working order, and must be kept free from obstruction, leaks and defects and capable .of performing the function for which it was designed. All repairs and installations must be made in ccordance with the provisions of the Bui~ing Code. I,
