Eligibility Determined Invalid. In caSes where it <br />is determined that an employee is ineligible for workmens <br />compensation benefits, he shall be subject to the provisions of <br />Section 240:30. <br /> <br />Subd. 7. Vacation option. When an employee's sick leave has <br />been exhausted under the provisions of Section 240:31, he may <br />exercise the option of converting accrued vacation days to sick <br />leave days. In those cases where an employee .has exercised the <br />above delineated option, and is eligible for sick leave reinstate- <br />ment, he may have vacation reinstated in an amount equal to the <br />reinstatementtotal, but not to exceed the total vacation time <br />converted. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Effective Date.
