All indoor pools must be approved by the <br />iBuilding Inspector, the Health Authority and all other appropriate <br />'!departments as to location and design. All health and safety <br />:~provisions of this ordinance shall be complied with. <br />H <br /> <br />H <br />1 <br />, SECTION 15. Should any section, subdivision, clause or otherl <br />!Iprovision of this ordinance be declared by a Court of competent ; <br />1burisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the <br />nvalidity of the Ordinance as a whole nor any part thereof other <br />!than the part so declared to be invalid. <br />\1 <br /> <br />\ SECTION 16. Any person violating this Ordinance shall be <br />'guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a <br />,:fine not to exceed $300.00 or by imprisionment for a period not to <br />:lexceed 90 days, or both. <br />!. <br />ii <br />I, <br />" <br />H <br />n SECTION 17.
