That Ordinance No. 56, commonly known as the <br /> <br />"Building Code", as amended, be amended, by adding the following <br /> <br />to Section 3-6: <br /> <br />3-6a. Where such plans and specifications indicate that the <br /> <br />proposed work includes connections to sanitary sewer or watermain, <br />such application for a building permit shall be accompanied by a I <br />$200.00 cash deposit as a guaranty to the Vill.ge that all restor~ <br />ation work will be completed and Village facilities left in un- <br />damaged condition. <br />The Superintendent of Maintenance shall verify the <br /> <br />I location of watermain and sanitary sewer connections before any <br /> <br />il <br />L <br /> <br />II <br />I' <br />I! <br />11 <br />'I <br /> <br />II <br />:j <br /> <br />excavation or grading shall be permitted on the premises. <br /> <br />Upon completion of the backfilling of utility trenchejs <br /> <br />and all landscape grading, the Maintenance Superintendent, upon <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />request, shall make a final inspection to ascertain that the sewe~ <br /> <br />and water connections have been installed in accordance with the <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />street adjace4t <br />Upon such ' <br /> <br />appropriate Village Ordinances and the curb stop is visible, un- <br />!I damaged and in working condition: that the curb and <br /> <br />Ii to said property are undamaged and clean of debris. <br /> <br />II <br />I' <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />inspection and approval the $200.00 deposit shall be refunded. <br /> <br />;1 <br />I, <br />,il <br />!I <br />
