Llf VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 107 REGULATING THE PLA'ITING OF LANDS WITHIN THE VILlAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON, AMENDING EXISTING ORDINANCES AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF. The Village Council of the Village of New Brighton ordains: Section 1. Section 2 entitled Definitions shall be amended to read as follows: butt lot- butt lots are those lots placed perpendicular to other lots in the block such that the rear line of one abuts on the sideline of the other. Section 2. Section 6, Subdivision "b" is hereby repealed. Section 3. Section 7. entitled "Lot Standards" is amended as follows: Subdivision 1. The minimum lot dimensions in subdivisions designed for single family detached dwelling developments shall be: (aa) 75 feet wide at the established building setback line and, on outside street c~~a~. (bb) Not less than ~feet at the front lot line. (cc) Not less than 10.500 square feet minimum at setback. Subdivision 2. The minimum corner lot dimensions for single- family detached dwelling developments where permitted under the zoning ordinance shall be: (aa) 90 feet wide at the established building setback line (bb) Not less than 125 feet in depth, and (cc) Not less than 11,250 square feet. Section 4. Section 8, entitled "Setback 11nes" is amended as follows: A setback line shall be shown on each lot in every subdivision hereafter recorded in the Village of New Brighton. This line shall be at least 30 feet from the property line and shall be continuous around each entire block. Section 5. Section 15. entitled "Easements" 1s amended as follows:
