Llf <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 107 REGULATING <br />THE PLA'ITING OF LANDS WITHIN THE VILlAGE OF NEW <br />BRIGHTON, AMENDING EXISTING ORDINANCES AND <br />PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of New Brighton ordains: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 2 entitled Definitions shall be amended to <br /> <br />read as follows: butt lot- butt lots are those lots placed perpendicular <br /> <br />to other lots in the block such that the rear line of one abuts on the <br /> <br />sideline of the other. <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 6, Subdivision "b" is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 3. Section 7. entitled "Lot Standards" is amended as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. The minimum lot dimensions in subdivisions <br /> <br />designed for single family detached dwelling developments shall be: <br /> <br />(aa) 75 feet wide at the established building setback line and, <br /> <br />on outside street c~~a~. <br />(bb) Not less than ~feet at the front lot line. <br /> <br />(cc) Not less than 10.500 square feet minimum at setback. <br /> <br />Subdivision 2. The minimum corner lot dimensions for single- <br /> <br />family detached dwelling developments where permitted under the zoning ordinance <br /> <br />shall be: <br /> <br />(aa) 90 feet wide at the established building setback line <br /> <br />(bb) Not less than 125 feet in depth, and <br /> <br />(cc) Not less than 11,250 square feet. <br /> <br />Section 4. Section 8, entitled "Setback 11nes" is amended as <br /> <br />follows: A setback line shall be shown on each lot in every subdivision <br /> <br />hereafter recorded in the Village of New Brighton. This line shall be at least <br /> <br />30 feet from the property line and shall be continuous around each entire block. <br /> <br />Section 5.
