RESOL UTION NO. /OcZ VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON COUNTY OF RAMSEY STA TE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT AND CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS ON IMPROVEMENTS 63-10; 64-1,2,3,4,5,6,7, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16,18 and 20. BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of New Brighton, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvements hereinafter described: IMPROVEMENT 63-10 Project 1. This project consists of grading, construction of sanitary sewer, water- main, storm sewer, gravel base, bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and gutter on the following streets: Foss Road from Patton Road to SUtte Highway No. 8 (8th Ave. N.. W. ) Imperial Lane from Foss Road to West End Continental Drive to Imperial Lane to East End 13th Ave. S. E. from Continental Drive to East End Rolls Road from Continental Drive to West End 7th St. S. W. from Continental Drive to East End County Road' "D" from Continental Drive to state Highway No. 8 (8th Ave. ) Project 2. This project consists of construction of sanitary sewer and watermain on the following streets: State Highway No. 8 from 14th St. to North Village Limits 14th St. from state Highway No.8 to Cleveland Cleveland Ave. from 14th St. to State Highway No. 8 Project 3. This project consists of grading and construction of watermain, bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and gutter on the following streets: 11th Ave. N. W. from 7th st. to 8th street Project 4. This project consists of grading, construction of sanitary sewer and water- main, storm sewer, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter on the following streets: Patton Road (Highcrest) from Foss Rd. to 3rd St. SW Oakwood Drive from Foss Rd. (Orchard Lane) to Haines Ave. Foss Road (Orchard Lane) from Patton (Highcrest) to Silver Lake Road Silver Lake Rd. from FQss Rd. (Orchard) to County Road "E"
