' - . <br />.- . - '. <br /> - --.....-..--.-.-.^ ---..- 111 <br /> . - <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 680 <br /> Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br /> Village Council of the Villaga of New Brighton, <br /> Ramsey Coupty, Minnesota <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br /> meeting of the Village Council of the Village of New Brighton, <br /> Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in the Village on <br /> Tuesday, the 15th day of April, 1969 at 7:00 o'clock P.M., C.S.T. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> Anderson, Moen, Rebelein and Romanski <br /> and the following were absent: Nesser <br /> * * * * * * * * * <br /> The Mayor announced that the meeting was convened for <br /> the purpose of receiving sealed bids fOr the purchase of $7l4,000 <br /> Park Bonds and $l,200,000 Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1969, as <br /> advertised for sale. The Village Clerk presented affidavits <br /> showing publication of the notice of sale in the official newspaper <br /> and in Commercial West, which affidavits were examined and found <br /> satisfactory and ordered placed on file. <br /> The Village Clerk then presented the sealed bids <br /> received and opened by him pursuant to the notice of sale. <br /> Bids for the Park Bonds were examined and found to be as follows: <br /> Name of Bidder Interest Rates Price <br /> The First National Bank <br /> of St. Paul, Minn. 6.00 & 6.10% $700,434.00 <br /> American National Bank & <br /> Trust Co. of St. Paul, <br /> Mi.nn . 6.00, 6.10 <br /> & 6.20% $700,446.00 <br /> Ebin, Robertson & Co. t Inc. 5,00, 6.00, <br /> & 6.20% $700,008.87 <br />
