<br />- . -,' .#;)-d /3 +;ld/</ <br />... . ..... <br /> ,. <br />... . <br />.. <br />~ <br /> ~ <br /> Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br /> City Council of the City of New Brighton, <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of <br /> the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota, was duly <br /> held at the City Hall, in the City, on Tuesday, February 28, 1978 <br /> at 6:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> Senden, Benke, Janecek, WerdoQschegg <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Blomquist <br /> * * * * * * * * * <br /> The Mayor announced that the meeting was convened for <br /> the purpose of receiving sealed bids for the purchase of $435,000 <br /> General Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1978 and $950,000 General <br /> Obligation Water Revenue Bonds of 1978, as advertised for sale. The <br /> City Clerk presented affidavits showing publication of the notices <br /> of sale in the official newspaper and in Commercial West, which <br /> affidavits were examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed <br /> on file. <br /> * * * * * * * * * <br /> The City Manager and Clerk then presented the sealed bids <br /> received and opened by them pursuant to the notice of sale for the <br /> General Obligation Improvement Bonds.
