Zylla, City Manager <br />Donald L. Lais, City Attorney <br />James F. vHnkels, Director of Community Development <br />Les Proper, Director of Public Works <br />Joan Archer, City Planner <br />Vernon C. Pederson, City Clerk <br /> <br />Minutes <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Janecek to approve the minutes <br />of September 11, 1980 as presented. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />The Mayor with consent of the Council directed receipt of <br />the Park Board minutes of September 3, 1980 and the Downtown <br />Development District Adviso_ry Board minutes of September 4,1980. <br /> <br />Special Qyder of _ BUEiness <br />Mr. Lee 'rempte, District Manaqer for AAA, <br />presented an award to the City Council <br />commending the City, its Police Department, <br />and residents for its pedestrian safety <br />record. <br /> <br />AAA Safety Award <br /> <br />The Mayor on behalf of the Council accepted <br />the award for the City. <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Blomquist to <br />appoint Judith K.
