ORDINANCE NO. 793 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON AN ORDINANCE ADDING A NEW ARTICLE 7 TO CHAPTER 6 OF THE ZONING CODE CREATING AN ENVIRONMENTAL CONSTRAINT OVERLAY AREA INE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS that the New Brighton Code of Ordinances is amended by adding new Article 7 to Chapter 6 of the 79ning Code as follows: Article 7: Environmental Constraint Overlay Area 6-760. Purpose and Intent. e are certain properties within the City with environmental constraints that were :ed by past land uses. The City recognizes in these situations that conformance with ,rlying zoning regulations may be difficult due to site characteristics that resulted those environmental issues and/or remediation efforts.
