<br />~ <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />~- <br /> <br />t-." <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONNO.9R-110 <br /> <br />City of New Brighton <br />Ramsey County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Resolution Declaring the Maximum Tax Levy for 1999 <br /> <br />Whereas, the City has completed work on the 1999 Budget including the Truth in Taxation <br />Public Hearing; <br /> <br />Whereas, the Budget requires the commitment of property taxes to help pay for services; <br /> <br />Whereas, the tax need for general purposes and debt is $3,097,000; <br /> <br />Whereas, the tax need for the special Lake Diane taxing district totals $750; <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that the 1999 tax levy shall be: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />General purposes <br />Revised Bonded debt <br />Equipment certificates <br />Lake Diane <br />TOT AL LEVY <br /> <br />$2,172,700 <br />$552,800 <br />$371,500 <br />$750 <br />$3,097,750 <br /> <br />2. The original levy for bonded debt shall be reduced to $552,800 because of the irrevocable <br />pledge of other City resources. <br /> <br />3.
