This related educational <br />facility would be used for counseling services and is shown primarily <br />to eontain office rooms. <br /> <br />Plans submiteed indicate two alternatives for parking. One <br />alternative shows parking for eight spaces ana the other alternative <br />mows a much expanded area for ?n additional i6 spaces. The applicants <br />have inaicated that the expandp~ parking scheme is contingent on the <br />available financial resources. We would note that according to the <br />Special Use Permit resolution, the actual parking requirements are <br />to be determined by the City Counc-1.l. The Master Plan text indicates <br />that the parking area would have a bituminous surface and would <br />be curbed. Access to the Career Development Center and parking <br />area would be fno'TI brifh.70oc Lane and 5th St. ~IN. <br /> <br />The plot plan is complete with the exception that fire hydrant <br />locations are not shown. The concern for fire hydrant locations <br />is discussed in the Master Plan ciscussion. <br /> <br />The landscaing plan indicates planting around the proposed <br />building and parking area. HowPlJer, the landscape plan is missing <br />such infcmramtion as 1) quantity, s iZ2, c,nc1 Cli&m(>tC'r r:>t :':r2es and <br />shrubs: 2) what other ground cover will be, such as gr~ - ~eeced <br />or soCl, and 3) the extent ot landscaping to be complete. The plan <br />does not indicate how much of the adjacent land will be landscaped. <br />in relation to the landscape plan, the applicants have indicated <br />to the Planning Commission the following: <br /> <br />1.
