This related educational
facility would be used for counseling services and is shown primarily
to eontain office rooms.

Plans submiteed indicate two alternatives for parking. One
alternative shows parking for eight spaces ana the other alternative
mows a much expanded area for ?n additional i6 spaces. The applicants
have inaicated that the expandp~ parking scheme is contingent on the
available financial resources. We would note that according to the
Special Use Permit resolution, the actual parking requirements are
to be determined by the City Counc-1.l. The Master Plan text indicates
that the parking area would have a bituminous surface and would
be curbed. Access to the Career Development Center and parking
area would be fno'TI brifh.70oc Lane and 5th St. ~IN.

The plot plan is complete with the exception that fire hydrant
locations are not shown. The concern for fire hydrant locations
is discussed in the Master Plan ciscussion.

The landscaing plan indicates planting around the proposed
building and parking area. HowPlJer, the landscape plan is missing
such infcmramtion as 1) quantity, s iZ2, c,nc1 Cli&m(>tC'r r:>t :':r2es and
shrubs: 2) what other ground cover will be, such as gr~ - ~eeced
or soCl, and 3) the extent ot landscaping to be complete. The plan
does not indicate how much of the adjacent land will be landscaped.
in relation to the landscape plan, the applicants have indicated
to the Planning Commission the following:

1. That sod wil be placed within 10 feet of the building
and all sidewalks and pave0 areas:
