In addition <br />the applicants are indicating.that land (4.8± acres.) would be <br />dedicated to the City fora public park. <br />The housing units are proposed. to be single-family homes adjacent to <br />29th Avenue, two-family homes around the cul-de-sacs and a four (4) <br />story condominium. <br />The property is. surrounded by a mixture of land uses which include <br />single family homes to the west, two-family homes to the north, a <br />shopping center and intense commercial-area to the east and a <br />medium density rental apartment complex to the south. <br />The,current.proposal-.and plans. have evolved over many of months of <br />discussion and meetings between/with the applicants, staff, Planning <br />Commission and neighborhood residents. Based. on comments made a <br />the-several Planning Commission meetings it`appears to me that <br />
