Proposal (Bill .Jacobs) <br />Motion by Carlson, seconded by Van Hatten, to <br />refer Bill Jacobs' report on to the City Manager <br />for analysis to determine its credibility before <br />further consideration. There will be no delay on <br />the master plan. Motion passed. <br />B. Surface Use Ordinance <br />Motion by Van Hatten, seconded by Carlson, to accept <br />changes as proposed. Motion passed. <br />C. Discussion-Timing for Decision on Long Lake Master Plan <br />Park Board/Study Committee discussion of master plan: <br />Tuesday, March. 2, 7:30 p.m. at Pike Lake Media Center <br />Park Board and Council discussion and hearing: Wednesday, <br />March 3. <br />Special Park Board meeting to make recommendation: <br />Monday, March 15 at Hghview Middle School Cafeteria, <br />7:30 p.m. <br />Council will tentatively consider the master plan at <br />the second meeting in March.. <br />D. Discuss Comprehensive Plan for. Recreation Programming <br />Motion. by Dahl, seconded by Solberg, to approve the <br />concept of comprehensive plan for delivery of leisure <br />time services, Motion passed.. Gunderman opposed. <br />E. Joint Powers Agreement. with Mounds View for Puppet Wagon <br />Motion by Van Hatten,. seconded by Hogan, to approve the <br />Puppet Wagon Joint Powers Agreement with Mounds View.- <br />. Motion passed. <br />F. Election <br />Motion by Carlson, seconded by Grimshaw, to have the <br />same officers as last year year; Gunderman Chairman, <br />Dahl Vice Chairman, for another year if they choose to <br />do so. Motion passed. <br />
