Section 7-1 of the New Brighton entitled "Building Code - Adopted" is amended to read as <br />" follows: <br /> <br />Section 7-1. Building Code - Adopted. <br /> <br />The Minnesota State Building Code, one of which is on file in the Office ofthe City Clerk has been <br />adopted by Minnesota Statutes, Sections 16B.59 through l6B.75, as a Uniform Building Code <br />applicable throughout the state. The 1998 edition of the State Building Code, as amended is hereby <br />adopted by reference as the building code of the city and incorporated in this chapter as completely <br />: as if set out in full.
