Section 7-1 of the New Brighton entitled "Building Code - Adopted" is amended to read as <br />" follows: <br /> <br />Section 7-1. Building Code - Adopted. <br /> <br />The Minnesota State Building Code, one of which is on file in the Office ofthe City Clerk has been <br />adopted by Minnesota Statutes, Sections 16B.59 through l6B.75, as a Uniform Building Code <br />applicable throughout the state. The 1998 edition of the State Building Code, as amended is hereby <br />adopted by reference as the building code of the city and incorporated in this chapter as completely <br />: as if set out in full. The 1998 edition of the State Building Code adopts by reference certain codes, <br />appendices, standards and supplemental materials are adopted by reference and incorporated into this <br />code as if fully set out at this point: <br /> <br />'i a. 1300 Minnesota Building Code <br />; b. 130 I Building Official Certification <br />c. 1302 State Building Construction Approvals <br />d. 1305 Adoption of the 1997 Uniform Building Code including Appendix Chapters: <br />1. 3, Division I, Detention and Correctional Facilities <br />2. 12, Division II, Sound Transmission Control <br />3. 15, Reroofing <br />4. 16, Division I, Snowload Design <br />5. 29, Minimum Plumbing Fixtures <br />6. 31, Division II, Membrane Structures <br />e. 1307 Elevators and Related Devices <br />f. 1325 Adoption of the 1996 National Electric Code <br />g. 1325 Solar Energy Systems <br />h. 1330 Fallout Shelters <br />1. 1335 Flood Proofing Regulations <br />J. 1340 Facilities for Handicapped <br />: k. 1346 Adoption of the 1991 Uniform Mechanical Code <br />I. 1350 Manufactured Homes <br />m. 1360 Prefabricated Buildings <br />n. 1361 IndustriallModular Buildings <br />o. 1370 Storm Shelters (Manufactured Home Parks) <br />'p. 4715 Minnesota Plumbing Code <br />q. 7670 Minnesota Energy Code <br />
