The 1966 Code of Ordinance is hereby amend~--""', <br />by adding Section 160 thereto which shall read as follows: <br /> <br />. SECTION 160 - Withdrawal of Applications <br /> <br />SECTION 160:00. <br /> <br />Scope <br /> <br />SECTION 160:05. <br /> <br />Administrative Withdrawal <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Any app1icationfor a license or permit made to th <br />City and not requiring approval of the City Council may be with- <br />drawn by the applicant upon submittal in writing of a request for <br />such withdrawal to the City Manager. Such written request shall <br />indicate that withdrawal is being made at,the request of the <br />applicant and does not constitute a denial of the license of <br />permit by the City. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Any application for a licenseoi permit made to <br />the City and requiring approval of the City Council may be with- <br />drawn by the applicant upon submittal in writing of a request for <br />such withdrawal to the City Manager, providing that such written <br />request is submitted prior to the 'application being placed on the <br />final agenda of the city Council. If an app1ican <br />desires to withdraw an application, such applicant shall submit <br />in wtiting to the Council such request.
