I I I 1 Ijl! >, ~.r ORDINANCE NO. 332 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER XI OF THE NEW BRIGHTON ZONING CODE, THERWISE KNOWN AS APPENDIX I TO THE 1966 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF HE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON The City Council of the City of New Brighton does hereby ordain: SECTION 1. Section 11-170 of the New Brighton Zoning Code, otherwise known as Appendix I to the 1966 Code of Ordinances, is ereby amended by adding paragraphs (e) and (f) as follows: Section 11-170 (e) Tennis Clubs, subject to the following: 1. That the tenpis club buflding shall be so designed as to have an appearance compatible with a residential area. 2. Only such buildings as are necessary for the tennis courts and associated activities shall be permitted on the premises. No buildings or additions to buildings for additional accessory uses shall be permitted. 3. That a surfaced parking lot shall be located in conform- ance with the standards of Chapter 12 of this Zoning Code except that it shall be of sufficient size to accommodate seven parking spaces per tennis court which shall be the required number of parking spaces for the tennis club. 4. Sales of goods and services shall be permitted only upon the following conditions: a. All selling shall be conducted within the clubhouse building. b. Sales shall be limited to the following: (1) Services necessary or incidental to the teaching and playing of the game of tennis. (2) Equipment, clothing and supplies necessary or incidental to the playing of the game of tennis. (3) Food, beverages and confections for the convenie ce of those playing the game of tennis.
