Seward is opposed to <br />this development and he will fight it. Centex did a better <br />marketing .job. <br />Seward stated he wanted all his comments recorded in the <br />minutes. <br />Johnson said homes in the plan could be moved along Silver Lake <br />Road. <br />Kalina said that is a dirty street to live on. You can't open <br />windows. <br />Seward said the people living on County Rd. E will suffer with <br />this development. They would probably chose to be bought out. <br />Ocel asked if this development could get water from Columbia <br />Heights. <br />Anderson said yes, but at a high cost. There will probably be a <br />.need for a water tower on the development site. <br />Seward said the cul-de-sacs are terrible. <br />Anderson agreed and said the City Engineer dislikes them. <br />Kalina said the density seems high in the whole area; Windsor <br />Green and on County Road E. Is there a maximum density that is <br />allowed? <br />Anderson said no. <br />Johnson said they want to build the most expensive homes. <br />Seward said putting a strip mall in is insane. Olson's going to <br />have a problem. He was very untactful. The Woodland Hills <br />development up the street would fight it. <br />Seward said that those who live on Silver Lake Road and E would <br />oppose this development. <br />
