CIP <br />Anderson said in '89 playground equipment is scheduled at <br />Totem Pole Park, 1990 at Hansen, Driftwood and now we should <br />have something in for Innsbruck. <br />Anderson said somewhere we need to identify money for the <br />park at Innsbruck. It would probably be best to spread it <br />over a two year period. Maybe '89 and '90. <br />Kalina asked what the status is on the Silver Oak tennis <br />courts. <br />Anderson said when Cadwalader builds the townhouses, the <br />tennis courts will be moved. The new courts have to be <br />built before the old ones are removed. <br />Eichers said he remembers some kind of lease was being <br />obtained. <br />Anderson said yes, that's been done. The city has authority <br />to clean up the area and to put in parking and has <br />accomplished those tasks. <br />Kalina asked how much money should be put in the CIP for <br />Innsbruck? <br />Anderson said he isn't sure. If Harstad does the grading <br />that will help considerably. <br />Anderson said his guess for park development would be about <br />$150,000. Don't worry about financing at this point. We <br />will have some park dedication money. <br />Anderson said we need to put something in 1993. Would like <br />to know if there are any deficiencies in the parks. <br />Olson inquired about another sand lot volleyball court. <br />Anderson said another is not needed. <br />Brandt asked about flower gardens. <br />Anderson said there are plans do some extensive gardens at <br />Vets. They will be raised for the wheel chair people to <br />work on. The Garden Club will also work on them. <br />
