The Long Lake Advisory <br />. Committee will probably hold the hearing in February. <br />Have kept communications open with.the homeowners <br />association. <br />Van Hatten said the parking spaces should correspond with <br />the facility being used. <br />Simons said there isn't room. <br />Van Hatten said the parking should be made easier. <br />Simons said the furthest distance anyone would have to <br />walk would be'about 150 feet. <br />Carlson asked if the fishing docks will have railings. <br />Simons said yes, they are permanent. <br />Carlson said they may be under water at times. <br />Simons said he believes they move up and down with the <br />water. <br />Carlson asked if there could be a designated area for a <br />police car and water patrol pulling a boat. It could be <br />a problem otherwise. <br />Olson asked about a handicapped access. <br />Simons said yes, there are curb cuts and the dock is <br />handicap accessible. We are doing more than the minimum <br />handicap requirements in the whole park. <br />Eichers asked if you can launch a boat and then beach it <br />somewhere and picnic. <br />
