The <br /> MDA is agreeable to terminating the contract and would like to assist the City of New <br /> Brighton in working out a smooth transition. <br /> <br /> The MDA agrees to waive the six-month notification requirement to terminate the <br /> contract and will resume regulatory responsibilities in the City of New Brighton, <br /> effective July 1, 2007. Food licenses will also become the responsibility of MDA at that <br /> time. <br /> To get the transition underway, we will prepare now to include New Brighton facilities in <br /> our fiscal year license renewal mailings. The New Brighton license renewal notices will <br /> include a message to each facility regarding the change in regulatory agency and will <br /> provide contact information for the new MDA inspector, Dave Seipel. If you would, <br /> please send a notification from your office to each of the affected facilities regarding this <br /> change. Additionally, please submit a list of your currently licensed facilities to me at the <br /> MDA as soon as possible. <br /> <br /> Thank you for working with us through this change.
