NO. 2225 <br />5 ayes 0 nayes - motion carried <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Senden to waive the reading <br />and adopt A RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS_OF FACT AND APPROVING RESOLUTION <br />APPLICATION FORA PRELIMINARY PLANNED RESIDENTIAL' DEVELOPMENT NO. 2226 <br />PRD #27 with the added conditions as follows: That itemsunder <br />the BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED be amended to read as follows: <br />5. That the applicant provide an agreement providing for <br />overflow condominum parking on the shopping center parking <br />lot or additional parking on the condominium site as needed. <br />8. That a Homeowners Association to cover maintenance of <br />building and grounds for the condominiums, duplexes, <br />townhouses /4-plexes be established. <br />16. That the preliminary plan for PRD #27 be approved con- <br />tingent on the approval of the variance application VN-206, <br />preliminary plat application PL-118, rezoning R-103,_and <br />rezoning R-109. <br />18. That a walkway easement be provided to permit access to <br />the park from the cul-de-sacs. <br />19. That the applicant provide for or provide an easement to <br />permit vehicular access to the park from the northeast <br />corner of the proposed park. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes motion carried <br />Motion by Janecek, seconded by Werdouschegg to direct staff <br />to prepare a RESOLUTION 14AKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION VN-206 with the findings of fact to <br />include a finding that the increased density permitted is a <br />result of the park land dedication for consideration at the <br />next regular Council meeting July 24, 1979. <br />.5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br />Motion by Blomquist,-seconded by Werdouschegg to approve <br />preliminary plat application PL-118 subj-ect to all conditions <br />contained in the resolution approving PRD #27 and approval <br />of VN-206. <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Janecek to defer action <br />- 5-
