NO. 2225 5 ayes 0 nayes - motion carried Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Senden to waive the reading and adopt A RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS_OF FACT AND APPROVING RESOLUTION APPLICATION FORA PRELIMINARY PLANNED RESIDENTIAL' DEVELOPMENT NO. 2226 PRD #27 with the added conditions as follows: That itemsunder the BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED be amended to read as follows: 5. That the applicant provide an agreement providing for overflow condominum parking on the shopping center parking lot or additional parking on the condominium site as needed. 8. That a Homeowners Association to cover maintenance of building and grounds for the condominiums, duplexes, townhouses /4-plexes be established. 16. That the preliminary plan for PRD #27 be approved con- tingent on the approval of the variance application VN-206, preliminary plat application PL-118, rezoning R-103,_and rezoning R-109. 18. That a walkway easement be provided to permit access to the park from the cul-de-sacs. 19. That the applicant provide for or provide an easement to permit vehicular access to the park from the northeast corner of the proposed park. 5 ayes - 0 nayes motion carried Motion by Janecek, seconded by Werdouschegg to direct staff to prepare a RESOLUTION 14AKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING VARIANCE APPLICATION VN-206 with the findings of fact to include a finding that the increased density permitted is a result of the park land dedication for consideration at the next regular Council meeting July 24, 1979. .5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried Motion by Blomquist,-seconded by Werdouschegg to approve preliminary plat application PL-118 subj-ect to all conditions contained in the resolution approving PRD #27 and approval of VN-206.
