City of New Brighton <br />July 24, 1979 <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Janecek to waive the <br />reading and adopt.a resolution entitled RESOLUTION MAKING <br />FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING THE VACATION OF THE 33 FOOT <br />ROAD EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF 10TH STREET AND <br />SOUTH OF I-694 SERVICE ROAD. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br />Council Business <br />The staff reported that Ramsey County <br />indicated the applicant had one parcel <br />and that resident surveys had not been <br />received. <br />i <br />had Minor. Subdivision <br />Clint Carlson <br />Supplement to <br />Report No. 79-422 <br />RESOLUTION.NO.2231 <br />Clint Carlson, applicant, was present to <br />answer questions. <br />Leo Sylvester, area resident, questioned the <br />number of lots proposed by the subdivision. <br />Mr. Carlson stated that two lots were proposed. <br />Ralph Schwab, area resident, stated he felt there <br />was still a discrepency in the surveys. <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by Werdouschegg <br />to waive the reading and adopt a RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally <br />south of Rice Creek Road, west of 20th Avenue NW <br />and north of the Brightwood Hills Golf Course) <br />subject to the condition that the property be <br />separated into two equal parcels. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br />John Miller, applicant, was present to answer Minor Subdivision <br />questions.
