He commented that the en- <br />couragement of industrial property to the north and south could <br />cause problems of additional truck traffic. <br />Mayor Senden noted the engineer's feasibility study and commented <br />that some areas are included in the proposed restricted industrial <br />land use category which might have an affect on the volume of <br />truck traffic. <br />Richard Brown also commented that the proposed Comprehensive Plan <br />does suggest improvements of 10th Street N.W. <br />Tom Walker, Box 96, Brook Park, stated that another realtor has <br />contacted him to purchase his residence and put a office in the <br />building. Because of the speed zone and heavy traffic he felt <br />that no one will purchase his home for a residence. <br />Mayor Senden stated that the Council would review the request to <br />rezone the area to commercial.
