Council Proceedings <br />City of New Brighton <br />Dec. 2, 1976 <br />Improvement 77-3 <br />Attorney stated hearing was properly called. <br />He reviewed past assessment policy and proposed assessment <br />policy for improvement 77-3. He stated the finance <br />mechanism which would likely be used for•this improvement <br />and the time that assessments would be considered. Robin Lane from <br />13th Street NW to Thorndale Avenue <br />Alternate No. 2 <br />Palmer Drive from Highview Drive to a point <br />approximately 300 feet west of Robin Lane. Robin <br />Lane from 13th Street NW to Robin Court. 12th Street NW <br />.and~Thorndale Ave, from Highview Drive to I-694 <br />Service Drive (Pike Lake Drive}. <br />Alternate No. 3 <br />Palmer Drive from Robin Lane to a point approximately <br />300 feet west of Robin Lane. Robin Lane from 13th <br />Street NW to Palmer Drive. Thorndale Ave., and <br />Thorndale Ave. Extended, commencing at I-694 <br />Service Drive, thence north along Thorndale Ave. <br />600 feet, thence north and northwesterly along <br />Thorndale Ave. Extended to Palmer Drive. <br />Impr.
