Employees will contribute I% of their annual <br />income into a City -selected post retirement insurance program. <br />ARTICLE XXIII - EDUCATION AND LICENSE REIMBURSEMENT <br />23.1 The City shall directly pay or reimburse for any educational class according to Chapter <br />8/Tuition Reimbursement Program of the City's Personnel Polices. <br />23.2 The EMPLOYER will pay P.O.S.T. License fees for all employees requiring such <br />license. <br />ARTICLE XXIV - VACATIONS <br />24.1 Each employee covered by this AGREEMENT will earn vacation leave as shown on the <br />table below. This vacation leave will accrue at a rate of 1/12th the annual rate per month <br />of full-time service. <br />13 <br />
