<br />. .. <br />leased premises 60 days before the expiration of within term, without hindrance ~ <br />or molestation. <br />If said leased premises shall be appropriated to or used for any other purposes or <br />use than is hereinbefore specified; or if any liquor, unless and in a manner, authorized <br />by law, gambling, or any other immoral practices are allowed on said premises, or <br />any intentional damages or legal waste shall be made thereon; or if any part of said <br />premises shall be underlet or this lease be assigned withoutthe consent of said Lessor <br />on the back of this lease as above specified; or if any term, condition or covenant <br />of this lease as on the part of said Lessee to be by said Lessee kept or performed, <br />shall be violated or neglected, then and in either of said causes the said Lessee does <br />hereby authorize and fully empower said Lessor or Lessor's agent to cancel and <br />annul this lease at once, provided Lessee has had prior notice from Lessor of such <br />violation or neglect and has repeated such violation or continued such neglecd and to <br />re-enter and take possession of said premises immediately, and by force if necessary, <br />without any previous notice of .intention to re-enter, and remove all persons and their <br />property therefrom, and to use such force and assistance in effecting and perfecting <br />such removal as said Lessor may deem advisable to recover at once full and exclusive <br />possession of all said demised premises, whether in possession of said Lessee or of <br />third persons, or vacant, of said Lessor or Lessor's agent may at their option at <br />any time after such default or violation of condition or covenant, re-enter and take <br />possession of said premises. <br />That in case the building on said demised premises shall, without any default <br />or neglect on the part of said Lessee or of said Lessee's servants or employees, be <br />, destroyed, or be so injured by the elements or any cause, as to be untenantable and <br />4. <br />
