The impacted soil will
then be introduced with a Free Flow 100 treatment reagent for RCRA metals at a rate of
2-3% and mixed with a track excavator. Samples should then be taken by Ban
Engineering and TCLP testing for RCRA metals should be initiated. Passing analytical
data should be provided to Belair Excavating for use in gaining landfill acceptance to
dispose of treated lead impacted soils.
Once Belair has obtained acceptance by the landfill, treated lead impacted soil will be
loaded into trucks manifested for disposal at the landfill. All material will quantified by
scale tonnage of landfill manifests.
E FL -i-) F -D W ?2H S(P Ton 5 — A2i-71
2200 Old Highway 8 NW, New Brighton, MN 55112
Phone:65I.M6.1300 Fax: 651.786.0769
belairexeavating.corn
Equal Opportunity Employer
