• <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A 180 DAY EXTENSION OF SPECIAL USE PERMITS AND A SITE PLAN <br />APPROVED PER RESOLUTION 08-049. <br />WHEREAS, an application has been made by Jeff Wrede of Momentum Design Group to allow a <br />180 -day extension of Special Use Permits and a Site Plan granted on May 13, 2008 for 2051 <br />Silver Lake Road allowing for construction of a drive-thru facility and various other exterior <br />improvements to the existing building's facade, and <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission recommended approval of SP2008-006, SP2008-007 and LP2008- <br />002 on April 15, 2008. <br />2. The City Council approved SP2008-006, SP2008-007 and LP2008-002 on May 13, 2008. <br />3. Resolution 08-049 was adopted on May 13, 2008 outlining Findings of Fact with respect to <br />SP2008-006, SP2008-007 and LP2008-002. <br />4. The applicant filed a written request for an extension on October 30, 2008. <br />5. The City Council considered the extension request on November 10, 2008. <br />Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, per Zoning Code Sections 8-040 and 8-250 the approvals for <br />Special Use Permits (SP2008-006 & SP2008-007) and Site Plan (LP2008-002) are hereby <br />extended an additional 180 days from the date of original approval to May 13, 2009, subject to <br />the following condition: <br />1.
