• <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />08-049 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN AND SPECIAL USE <br />THE s, an application has been made by Jeff Wrede of Momentum Design Group to permit <br />varis exterior improvements to the property located at 2051 Silver Lake Road, including <br />cons ction of a drive-thru facility at the south end of the existing building and updates to the <br />buil ' g's western and southern fagades. <br />►SHER 11 s, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br />1. plication for a Site Plan was received on February 1, 2008. <br />2. The Planning Commission considered the Site Plan on February 19, 2008, but tabled action. <br />3. Application for a Zoning Code Amendment was received on February 1, 2008. <br />4. PLrsuant to published notice, the proposed code amendment was considered by the Planning <br />mmission on February 19, 2008. <br />5. 7 a Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed code amendment on <br />February 19, 2008. <br />6. THeCityCouncil considered the code amendment and approved it on February 26, 2008. <br />7. A. Pplication was made for a Special Use Permit on March 4, 2008. <br />8. P rsuant to published and mailed notice, the Planning Commission held a public hearing <br />r arding the Special Use Permit on March 18, 2008. <br />9. T ie Planning Commission considered the Special Use Permit on March 18, 2008, but tabled <br />10. Ci y staff sent notice of extension of the 60 -day review period to May 31, 2008. <br />11. T a Planning Commission continued discussion of the proposed Special Use Permits on <br />ril 15, 2008. <br />12. T I a Planning Commission recommended approval subject to conditions. <br />13. T ie City Council considered the request on April 22, 2008 and tabled action to allow <br />ry risions to the Code Amendment, which this proposal will be subject to. <br />14. e City Council continued discussion of the proposal on May 13, 2008. <br />WHERil S, the Planning Commission and City Council make the following Findings of Fact with <br />resp to the Site Plan (LP2008-002) and Special Use Permits (SP2008-006 & SP2008-007): <br />1. a property is zoned B — 2, Neighborhood Business. <br />2. e property is guided in the Comprehensive Plan for Limited Business. <br />3.
