<br />Dear Members of the City Council:

<br />This office represents Saint Mary's Hospital,
<br />Minneapolis, Minnesota, which is the owner of an undeveloped
<br />parcel of property immediately to the south of the proposed
<br />Project 82-8.
<br />
<br />Saint Mary's has received notice of the proposed
<br />improvement for street, sanitary sewer, water and storm
<br />drains, together with curb and gutter.

<br />
<br />As you know, this project was petitioned for by the
<br />developer of Innsbrook, North, New Brighton 4th Addition.
<br />Saint Mary's Hospital has not petitioned for this improvement
<br />but the north 30 feet of Saint Mary's property is included in
<br />the proposed improvement. The City is assuming a platting of
<br />the Saint Mary's property for single family residential homes
<br />and is further assuming the existence of certain streets going
<br />south from the proposed street into the property owned by
<br />Saint Mary's Hospital.
