<br />I <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />City of New Brighton <br />February 25, 1982 <br /> <br />Edward Erickson, 1575 27th Avenue NW, stated <br />that they had sumac bushes that were covered <br />by the fill deposited on the property and that <br />the sumac bushes were destroyed. Mr. Erickson <br />asked what could be done. <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Rekucki, 1525 28th Avenue NW, property <br />owner, stated that when the fill was spread over <br />his three lots there may have been'an error from the <br />plat from which they took some measurements but <br />that regardless of that they would take care of <br />the problem of the fill and sumac bushes when <br />weather permitted.
