That site plan be revised to provide required <br />bituminous parking area; <br />2. That the applicant conform with amended site and <br />landscape plans dated and signed by the applicant <br />and City Planner. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Janecek to suspend <br />the rules of procedure and reorder the agenda by <br />placing consideration of the downtown plans at the <br />end of the regular agenda. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Councilmember Benke noted that some of the <br />rational for a combined safety building was <br />to provide 24 hour staffing capabilities of <br />a public safety building and to provide additional <br />meeting space for the City advisory boards and <br />other civic groups.
