'~'I '''"1'''.... <br /> <br />,- <br /> <br />City of New Brighton <br />August 24, 1982 <br /> <br />Vote on motion to amend. <br />S ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Vote on main motion as amended. <br />S ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />The Mayor with the consent of the Council <br />directed receipt of a Waste-To-Energy <br />District Heating Project Preliminary <br />Planning Study. <br /> <br />Mr. Dean Fin-Carlson, representing Touche Ross <br />Financial Consultants, was present to review <br />the preliminary feasibility study for a proposed <br />waste-to-energy district heating project. <br />Mr. Fin-Carlson, reviewed the proposed project, <br />project costs, project financial feasibility, <br />potential project risks and advantages, and <br />proposed implementation schedule.
